If you are having problems logging in, please check the following

1. Ensure you are using the correct user name - this is NOT case-sensitive, and is usually in the format forename.surname
2. Ensure you have entered the correct password - this IS case-sensitive.  If you are logging in for the first time, this is the password you have provided us on your sign-up form.  Note that you will be prompted to change your password each month, and the passwords must be at least 6 characters long and contain at least one alphanumeric character.
3. Ensure you enter any additional security details (such as your date of birth) carefully as these are also case sensitive.
